Since UtilitesHub is offering non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (software license activation keys, subscriptions, account accesses), we provide refunds under specific conditions to maintain user satisfaction and fairness.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if:
- The license key provided is invalid, already activated, or not working, and our support team is unable to replace the key within 48 hours of ticket creation.
- The product is not as described, or the incorrect key version was sent.
- You request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not issue refunds if:
- You changed your mind or no longer require the product.
- The software is incompatible with your system requirements, which were clearly listed on the product detail page prior to purchase.
- Your access was suspended due to a violation of our licensing terms.
